In this forum you can see a lot of rules breaking.
this guys start shooting without reason.
also when we are dead they back and shoot the new guys who come to mp.
also you can see PG when id 59660 reveive his friend with his gun.

ID 12862 will receive a punishment for Fail Rp (just standing there mid gun fire and even insulting them while being shot at)
ID 59660 will receive a punishment for PG. (Patching with gun out)


As for RDM provide longer POV from before you got to the situation as it seems clear the situation had already started.
