2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
Everything is better the second time around.
I have been the leader once before in March-April and I learned a lot from the experience. I don’t think I was fully ready to take on two terms but after gaining more experience, learning some valuable lessons and watching as deputy for three terms, I believe I have what it takes to make this organisation better than what I made it previously.
Listening to the little guy.
Having watched the org for three months, I know what the employees want from the org, what they expect and their grievances with the way things are run. We are only as strong as our weakest employee and even a newbie has some great ideas. I’m willing to listen and take on board what they want and do my best to accommodate everyone and their desires. I can’t please everyone but I can sure try because we wouldn’t be successful without our dear employees.
You’ve got a friend in me.
I really love the peace and relaxation of being in an organisation with friends. We work hard but we also play hard and I’ve made some of the greatest friends whilst working in this org and I really want to give that opportunity to others. I want to bring back the fun times and the friendships by being not only a great leader but a dear friend to the employees. A lot of new citizens find their start at LifeInvader and I want to be a friendly face to them to show them that Los Santos isn’t so scary.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organisation.
Driving drives!
Although we may be private, LifeInvader should remember their role as a place of connection. I want to organise more recruitment drives with all the organisations, finding times that suit our schedules to gather our best and brightest in one place for a hiring frendzy. Having all organisations gathered in one place can be extremely helpful for citizens to find the place they belong whilst weighing their options. Not only do we want to find you, but we want you to find us.
Event-urous endeavors!
Our events team is working well right now to generate some fun and exciting events for all citizens to attend, be it public or internal. I want to give them a helping hand by recruiting more event planners, more creative people and giving them a hardworking team to throw out some truly unique ideas to the world. We love a good fashion show or car meet but if we put our heads together, we could truly create something.. Out of this world…
You get a tip and you get a tip and you get a tip!
I wholly believe in positive reinforcement and that encouraging someone who does well rather than narrowing in on their mistakes. I want to make sure each employee knows that they’re appreciated and to really highlight their worth in the organisation. I will do this by giving out frequent bonuses through the org menu to everyone I see working hard, anyone I see being encouraging to others, helping where needed and being generally kind. I will also introduce employee of the week and high command of the week. I don’t want to punish someone for minor mistakes as it’s truly discouraging but I will shine a light on their improvement with kind words and extra cash. After all, what’s the point in having all this cash if I’m not going to spoil my employees?

- I will remove the AD requirement for High Command so they can focus more on their HC duties.
- I will increase employee count across all timezones to relieve stress from others.
- I will bring back ex-HC to assist with timezones we lack in and to help train up new HC.
- I will adjust the punishment system to give new employees extra breathing room.
- I will improve morality all around with my bright, shining personality.
- I will make sure my activity increases to get a chance to interact with those in every timezone.
