EMS Unit with lights and sirens attempting to travel to a call when another vehicle stopped in front of the EMS Unit causing a collision. EMS Unit attempted to maneuver around the vehicle to continue to the call and the resident slammed into the EMS vehicle on purpose causing an unneeded delay to responding to the call. In addition, after ramming the EMS Unit off the road the first time, the resident rammed the vehicle again while it was attempting to get back on course for the call.

yes the guy did intentionally, he should be punished for vehicle deathmatch too,,,, i think, not sure
