They gave 5 sec demand and i am leaving but they started shooting within the 5 sec demand

he gave you 5 sec and you Instead of walking away, you chose to hide behind the container. He has enough reason to kill you.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
• ID 56525 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
♦ ID 221 was leaving the area when you started to shoot, However, after that, ID 221 started stalling and for that you got killed.
• GR 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
