3. At 2:13 ID: 29260 jumping off the building to avoid RP. (Fail RP)
4. At 2:23 ID: 40922 did CL. [Gen Rule 6.2]

ID 29260 will receive a punishment for PG
For people not wearing gang outfit you can make an admin report in game to verify if its a visual bug or not for them to be punished.​
