My friend and I were looking at houses when we accidentally bumped into a large family. We repeated several times that we were going!

The entrance was blocked, but it is clear that we did not intend to hurt them!

The driver was shot while leaving, so I couldn't have left there either, I wanted to help him, since we had already left their private area.

I cant agree more. It doesnt change the facts. You are doing metagaming in an RP situation. And when you directly go to panel area, your driver gets out of the car to run panels. Its apperant that you came for panels. And you are trying to decieve admins. Not cool

Saying we leave doesnt mean anything, you already got what u wanted.

Only the person killed 65439 can be punished because they were trying to run away.
Also you are punching in a gunfigt and doing fear rp (they were aiming at you). They gave you proper demand and didnt shoot you at first sight.
