2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--------->> 1st Reason: I want to be leader of Vagos and i spent most of the time crime orgs in en2 and en3 and also other servers. I have experience as highcommand in state and crime. I learned by doing gang activities and most of the time i spent in ghetto clape.Now i want be leader and i want to show my leadership and also i want know how to be leader by doing crime leader.. I got so quick rank ups in gang for my hard work and active in gang events.one of the time vagos is best active gang in en3 but not now they doing good but somewhere missing in ghetto clap, clapped by leos, and inactivity in events.so now i will break this by getting most active in city.I have good communication with gang members from my side i will reduce the toxic ness between in gang members.
--------->> 2nd Reason: Maintaining a sense of discipline, taking HCs from different time zones who make sure that there are no rule breaks. I believe that communication between leaders and curators is very important. I will take Vagos on top being on my leadership. Mainly i will try to bring back active Vagos. I will make activeness of gang and members to attend all gang activities and taking good turfers to make better turfing in captures. Also we have many events and many chances to get our gang to the top. Now, i am sure that I can make a good term.
--------->> 2nd Reason: Doing Hostage situations in realistic way without breaking the rules and also different places for confusing leos. I will make this term with good activeness and also giving deputies who knows the rules about crime section it will help me when im offline. Whenever i notice when i join the gang some people not using Radio while they are in danger by some other gangs they clapped by them then they're getting robbed. I will make better radio communication it will help to support each other. I will reduce the server rulebreaks from my gang members it will help they are not getting punished. Avoiding toxicness with new players in hq we need to gave chance to them giving warnings who dont follow the rules.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Vagos will be active in all gang activities Like Battleship, Encashment, Attacking the informer, Vehicle theft, Store and Gun store robbery,
Prison Break, Submarine, Clandestine....etc.( All gang activities )
Every gang member will get promotion by their activeness and performance in activities.
Vagos will activity in turfs. We will try to get 100% turfs without breaking rules in turfs.
Avoiding toxicness with new members in gang and Avoiding toxicness with other gang members.
Activeness in ghetto graffiti/spray. It will help to get max money to gang members and they will make money easily.
Giving Bonus for being activeness in Graffiti/spray. All members will get bonus from graffiti.
Giving Bonus to the gang member atleast 3times per weak.
Robbing people out of the city (High way ) by giving demands. Giving bonus who get leo as a hostage.
