Its mean u kill ur teammates in Trade Center event and other events apart from aircraft and bank robbery.

First of all, its not Event rule 1.13; it's Event Rule 1.1. Teaming is strictly forbidden(except events where it is systematically)
That means in that event, you can kill only opponents family members, not family members from your own team. You clearly did teaming here and giving advantage to the opponent by killing your own team members.
