I would like to know what is metagaming.

According to me, meta gaming is something supplying information from ic to ooc or ooc to ic about or during a situation. But while having fun in grandrp, no one strictly prohibited to not use discord. They were not involved in any situation, how can you say and punish them for meta?

I want answer from higher admin, is this human right to prohibit someone from playing while having fun in discord with friends?

This is not for any admin, but i want clarity on this thing.
