The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Following on from the events that took place at Vargos headquarters the gangs now have complete control over the prototype weapon and they plan on selling it to the highest bidder! Which was the goal of the gangs the entire time - a whole lot of money! With the weapon now safely held at Vagos HQ, the buyer will be landing at Los Santos Airport any moment and will need retrieving before the LEOs figure out where he is! Once the buyer is secure he must be transported to a safe location, the DAM, to process the acquisition of the weapon from the gangs. The LEOs have caught wind of the plan - however, they thought the buyer was coming in via a SUB at the naval dock. Upon droning the surrounding area, the LEOs realised that the buyer came in to the city via plane.
Part one: Gangs must race from Vagos HQ to the Airport to retrieve the buyer (Main Hanger on the left). LEOs must race from SUBS to the airport (Main Hanger on the left). The first car from either side to make it too the Hanger will win PART ONE and it will be assumed that they are the first ones to retrieve the BUYER. No gunfighting will happen during this stage for the safety of the buyer.
Part two:
If the Gangs win part one: They must escort the buyer to THE DAM with a 15 second head start. Once at the damn, they must hold off the LEOs and protect the buyer until all LEOs are eliminated. LEOs may catch up and engage the convoy before the DAM.
If LEOS win part one: They must escort the BUYER to LSPD and put him in a cell. They must hold off the gangs onslaught and eliminate all gang members. Again, they will be given a 15 second head start over the gangs. Gangs may catch up and engage the convoy before they get to LSPD.
Why this event: An interesting escort situation that could go either way depending on the winner of PART ONE - includes a race, escort and shootout. A continuation of the ongoing story line.
Role of Each Organization involved:
Gangs: Race to the airport, pick up the BUYER and escort to the DAM and protect from the LEOs.
Legal orgs: Race to the airport, pick up the BUYER, escort him to LSPD and hold of the gangs.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Gangs: Jugulars (One a diff. colour for the BUYER), Carbines.
Leos: Patrol cars (One unmarked for the BUYER), Carbines.
Admin Requirements: Teleport everyone to event / Spawn cars / Give guns to participants / Watch over event
Rules of the event: no UB driving, no unnecessary CR (pit maneuverers are allowed to disrupt the convoy), no reviving, no shooting during part one, no killing the BUYER.
How is the event won? Whoever has control of the BUYER - this could also be during the convoy to LSPD or the DAM if either team manages to catch up and take out the other team.
Prize for the winner: $1,000,000 between the winning team
