Summary:
Hailing from the north east side of Rancho, the rolling 60s Crips are a formidable street gang led by Cesar Shelby, who's extensive criminal history is infamous across the streets of Los Santos.
Backstory:
Originally being taken on by an organised criminal family within the city, from a young age, Cesar rose through the ranks to be known all across LS as a respected criminal. A known enemy of law enforcement agencies statewide, he was wanted for many crimes, hoping to one day run an empire so powerful that he could become above the law. Becoming well connected throughout the city and being constantly hunted by FIB, Cesar would spend his older days hustling drugs and weapons for the criminal family, while hiding out in a motel block in North East Rancho where he used to do burglaries as a youth. Here is where after months of hiding, the Bloods Street Gang would constantly harass Cesar and his friends until they united with some local shooters and would engage in active shootouts with the Bloods and other gangs daily. Not long after, Cesar was arrested for a store robbery, and while locked up, discussed his plans to take over the city with a known Crip member from another city. With the members blessing, Cesar was allowed to start claiming Rolling 60s Crips on this block and would actively recruit anyone who had beef with other gangs in the area, having them wear blue and throw up C's. From here the gang would dominate the territory between Innocence Blvd and Jamestown St, just east of the bloods territory, where they can usually be found having barbecues and defending the block. They are known to normally have blue cars scattered around the territory, and can often be found in the local alley ways and parking lots smoking weed and drinking, cultivating weed, hustling guns and drugs or having fights. In true Crip fashion new members are typically jumped in, and punishments dished out are usually disciplinary beatdowns held in the alleys by multiple members.

Original Gangster - High Command within the family and in charge of either events or robbing
Original BG - The original "Baby Gangster" is a seargent in the family usually set to do tasks with their own crews, typically weed cultivation and shootings/robberies
Original YG - The original "Young Gangster" is a foot soldier in charge of putting up defences around the block and riding with their big homies
Hustler - Tasked with posting up around the block and helping the Higher ups do tasks such as defending the block and growing/selling weed - they are usually still being shown the ropes and once ready, will be able to rise through the ranks.
Young G - Freshly being jumped into the gang, the "Young Gangster" has been proven to have what it takes to be a Crip, and now has to join official communications to be accepted as such, getting taken in fully and allowed to start hustling.
