Life Story:
Ferass grew up in the Ghetto of Los Santos at 2006 , his dad was part of the famous gang "Bloods", so he experienced violance in the early years of his life. He of course joined the gang but he didnt feal the comfortable in it, he allways thought that that is not the right place for him. But once "Bloods" decided to do a Store Robbery and he needed to go with them. It all ended up in a big shootout where he needed witness how his father got shot multiple times and died right in front of him, he got hit by a bullet at his arm and went unconscious and when he woke up he was in hospital cuffed to the bed. The Feds had mercy with him as he was only 16 years old and offered him a deal if he sniches on his brothers he can walk free and start a new life. He gladly accepted so he moved to the downtown of Los Santos and worked as janitor for FIB he complete some years with them as the director select Ferass to becom DHOD.
Career Story:
Ferass After he finished evening school he decided to try his luck at the Federal investigation bureau and at his second attempt he got accepted into the FIB. As he allways tried to help as many people as possible, Because he was so high value to the FIB. He got accepted and allthough the mejority of his colleagues and high commands were friendly, some were not and they moked him so much that he started to hate them. So he tried to find anything that could harm their carrier, but he found out that they were currupt. To protect their carrier they fired Ferass, after they found out he had evidence against them. so he decided that from now on he will help them as much as possible.
Outcomes:
1- Ferass can take bribes up to 100k.
2- Ferass can take bodycams off of civilians and broke it with (/try only 2 times)
3- Ferass can use a gun without a serial number or painted gun on duty .
4- Ferass might want to keep his privacy when doing corrupt activitites so he might decline to show id when asked for it.
5- Ferass can rob/fight in ghetto with his fam only off duty.
6- Ferass can pick illegal gun from the ground.
