In that map it's not possible to shoot through the bushes because the script does not allow it so if you bug abuse then yes it works normally it does not. That's all he is trying to say, many others got punished before for this same mistake.

i don't shoot from inside the bushes. if i were shooting into the bush, my aim would be on the bush. i shoot from the gaps between the bushes and this is the first time i hear that this is a mistake.
