Reviewed Ban for GR 4.1 | Hector Blake

Hello, Mr. Alex and Mr. James. I was banned for 60 days from GR4.1 because there was no rain in my redux. I have been using the same redux for about 1.5 years. When I started using this redux, I fixed the illegal things like cocaine, drugs and water waves myself, but I did not know that removing rain from the game was illegal because there was no precise information about weather events. Even in the link in Jonny Odds's profile (GrpRules.info | by Kareem & Wody) there is no clear information about whether it is illegal to remove weather events. In the first forum (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/536028/#post-1948037) Nounou Opps told me that my POV was clean, but I got suspicious and verified my files. Hector Blake banned me in the second forum (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/537700/#post-1954821). I didn't know it was really illegal as there was no exact information about it and I never used it to my advantage. I already verified my files before I was banned (MY POV). I would like to request a unban or a reduction in my ban if possible.

Since you name me in this complaint, ill say something. The provided link from you states:
"Forbidden - Remove characteristics that are given game-wise"
Rain is a characterisitic given gamewise.
It also states
"Admin is not responsible for any skins/modifications."
We try with this site to give the community a little guidelines on what could be forbidden or allowed.

The help towards reduxes does not invalidate GR4.1, where it states
"Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage."
Removing rain not only gives you a huge advantage visual- and fpswise, but also changes some physics of the game (no puddles in rain-weather, no sliding on the ground with your car etc.).

I have no doubt that you are right. A lot of reduxes are used to increase FPS and if removing the rain increases FPS and this is an advantage, then logically it is an advantage to use a redux. You may be right about vehicles not sliding in rainy weather, but if I knew that rainy weather affected so many things, I would have thought that it would be specifically stated to be illegal. As I said, Nounou Opps said that everything looks clean, which means that even some admins are still confusing this. As I said, despite that I have completely deleted the redux that removed the rain from my game. I apologize for the mess and I will be more careful.

Tweaking some to get a little more fps inside of our GR4.1 is something else than getting rid of whole effects given by the game. It also lets you way better see and changes phyics of the game as I already explained.

As I said, I didn't know it affected so much. This issue is really complicated and I even lost my leadership because of this issue, and there is nothing I can do but apologize for this, and I hope you understand me.

Removing OBJECTS from GAME is forbidden - u have removed RAIN and get BENEFIT against other players whom FAIR play with all objects and effects ON - now u have ur 60 days ban
As ban time will end u will have ur chances to play without ADVANTAGES which u've used before
