I made a previous complaint but got rejected “you had the whole road to drive”

But my goal was to hit him as he was driving away in car BUT how is it my fault he got out car as I was getting to ram into his car to stop from running away?

Please read Jonathan or whoever reviews.

Look at my POV u can see I had drug affect and it was little harder to see him hop out aswell

As it’s ghetto I wanted to run into his car to stop but instead he got out.

Hello,
You cannot intentionally ram into someone because its against the rules to do so. even if you are in the ghetto.
