I was processing this 10-15(45170), and as soon as I put him out of the vehicle at the DOC he walked away in the direction of this friend so that he can have a clear angle of him and then his friend killed him(45170) while he was in the custody, which is mercy killing to avoid him(45170) continuing the RP and most probably they were doing MG as well.
