Help me with this situation.

I was planted solar by hiring people. one hour before the solar is complete 3 people came and shot me. I took New life. and after 25mins(approx). I went to solar location and guarded the solar(nobody was there). 30 mins before solar complete 1 guy came, but I told him that I will shot him. then again he came back, after waiting 2-3 mins below the building. Again I warned him, then he leaves. 12min before solar panel complete. he came again, and I warned him again and I started counting but before I finish counting, he started shooting and I died. then he told me not to come there for 15 mins for New life rule.
I am not sure whether this is right or not, So can anyone please read this fully and clear me if that person is wrong or me.

Yes bro, I know that clearly. but I was pointing gun at the player, he was in ladder, so I can't able to see his gun. Once I started counting he climbed up and started shooting ,So I also shoot him back, but I lost. My doubt is I warned him 2 times, where he leaves 1st and came back within 2mins and completely left the area on 2nd time warning. but again he come after 15mins and started shooting in middle of my count as I explained in the first line. my doubt is if the player comes within 2-3mins of my 1st warning, can I shoot the person without warning. or the person came again after 15mins. can I shoot now without warning. or should I have to warn him every time he comes. Can a player come multiple time like even after I am warning each time. Can anyone please clear my doubt, because I really got confused what to do on this type of situation, which delays my response time.

The things I know it , if you gave him demand and he come back again you can kill him . And if he kill you without demand this is RDM , and you can ask admin to get more information about that . Enjoy
