When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.
(As all three of them shoot ID 93412 at the same time, POV timestamp 5:08, this is not a third-party POV.)
Also, ID 120015 gave a demand for ID 67029 when ID 93412 was not there, and ID 67029 and ID 93412 do not share the same family or organization. They are not considered friends.
