Hello. For a reason I don't know, I couldn't log in to the game. and I learned that I was being punished. I did not commit any crime and I do not know why I received such a punishment. I just moved to this city and came across a penalty from about 4 months ago. However, it hasn't even been a month since we moved to this city. I was faced with an extremely ridiculous punishment. I have been here for 1 month and I received a penalty dating back to 4 months ago. Please help me.
