However,

ID 45215 will receive a punishment for Fear RP
ID 45215 will receive a punishment for FL in RP
(From the provided POV its clear that ID 45215 was not fearing for their character's life, there was a gun pointed towards them. And repeated warnings form ID 125970, the player didn't do any activity such as listening to their demand, fight back or running away that show the fear of life.
