In the clip, you can clearly see the accused is seen punching another guy and when i tried to move my bike from there, he started punching me as well, i warned him but he punched me again and then when i attacked him he pulled his gun and killed me. I was only trying to defend myself, and if he had apologized i wouldn't have reported him. But he killed me and didn't even patch me up as a form of apology. This fight was clearly instigated by him. Please watch the clip.
