your video is very low on fps

i have proofs of you powergaming and metagaming
i was taking your communications on doc after i arrested you, you smsed me "see you in gov" = pg
you called me nub and ooc insulted in doc = mg

i dont want to be forum warrior but i will post it soon
if you remove this post (idc) - i wont post the other proofs

In your very low quality video we can see im being slowed, its extremely laggy also
I was not being chased, was not abusing any bug to take advantage over any player in the video
