This gang had already failed to rp a pull over in what I believe to be an attempt to rob me as they only had 1 of the required 2 vehicles so I ran since fear rp did not apply. I had been knocked off my bike but was in the animation where he blatantly rammed his car into me to stop my bike
the vehicle ramming happened in the first part of the video then they shot me while I was in the middle of the animation for my bike where I was shot and not given the time to actually fear rp as I was shot on sight pretty much(just describing the entire scene a separate ticket has been filed for that.
