2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. first of all would like to put my expiriances in this city , i play on this server for over a year now started in avgust 2022nd showed my skill and learned server rules. I was HC in all orgs ecsept EMS and LI. In whole my journey in city i got very expirianced leadned lot of things as a gang member such as shooting turf rules ghetoo rules leading all events and as a state employe i leadned lot of things out of which most important beeing state laws which are very important during RP ( soo we all do not get arrested i cna explain newbies miranda rights and other things soo they always call for auttorney and etc)

2. Bloods is my first gang, first gang in which i was HC, and gang in which i was deputy twice. Next i have good leadership skills which i showed in all orgs in which i was HC , in gang as a deputy leading all hostige situations and other events. I want to make bloods strognest gang in city, but even if i am best leader that exist i would be able to do that only if i play 24hrs a day which is impossible soo i would bring as well good deputys with me that will lead gang while i am not in city, they are very good and proffesional shooters event leaders and good RPers.

Next i would like i said want to make best org but the question is how soo answer on that question is making every deputy has some role ( like HOD in state orgs everyone has there leadership section) one deputy will be for turfing , other one for event leading , one for recrouting new member and for spray
   

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Trying to get at least 50% of turfs
2. Trying to get at least 50% grafiti each hour
3. As active gang as possible especialy on cland fz and store
4. Motivation is key for haveing many active members soo good bonus systems which would include guns ammo armors money balaclavas etc.,..
5. Active search for people that are braking rules and ofc for people who do gen 6.3 in coordionation with curators
6. Soo becouse small levels ( from 10 to 15 ) are most of members of gang as a low ranks and most of them are not that much familiar with many rules i will make sure to teach them and as well to help them soo to include them to events couse ik back when i was low rank many of HCs would just rob everyone and would not let low ranks have some fun.
7. Now when i am speaking abaut newbies when some person entering a gang i will do with my deputys good question list. I can remember back when i was joining first time they asked me what is MG? How many people to pull over someone? GG welcome to gang rank 3, 4. Soo i will ask multiple good questions for that reason
8. As well when we speaking abaut questions for joining i would as well ask questions when becoming a HC. I will make good list of questions that only good HC can know .
