Rejected Wrong Decision | Rei Kousei

Hello reviewing admin recently my twink (id 730) has just been warned for general rule 6.15 shown here ( Approved - RDM | 53979 )

However i believe Rei made a wrong decision for the following reasons

1 the player did not follow the IMPORTANT - Rules for filling a complaint
he put the wrong ID in title , The wrong Date says 12/12/2023

and 2 the pov itself doesnt show clearly what happened , and is less then a minute

in the players pov you can hear him laughing when i brought him around the corner and pulled out my shotgun , we were all there just messing around the player didnt have to follow me to get invited anyone knows this , and prior to this he watched me mess around with some friends saying thats the complaints department, you can see the pov is cropped right as we were going to patch him up , and the entire time the player is laughing with us not to mention he stood with us a while longer after that situation,

now he is trying to decieve admins on forums and longer pov should have been asked for in my opinion / forum rejected for invalid format.

Carefully read this "The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint" it's not compulsory to reject for incorrect format as I didn't reject this complaint for incorrect title. Furthermore, it's not our concern whether the player was having fun or not, you got reported for violating server rules and you got punished for it as I couldn't hear any RP demands were given before shooting. Rejected.​
