Alan Federal is a resident of Los Santos and currently works for the Central Hospital. Born in San Fierro city, the happy city, He has lived all his life in San Fierro while studying and helping his father out in his car garage. Growing up in a Liberal household, Alan was smart and an outgoing student who excelled in every avenue of life. After completing his studies and working at the central hospital of San Fierro, Alan finally moved to Los Santos when a new opportunity presented itself for him to work for the prestigious Central Hospital of Los Santos. Due to the failing health of his father, he moved to the city with his family and currently works here. Once here, he got a good taste for crime and corruption due to the dirty gangsters in the city. Now, seeing his father struggle all his life for money, Alan wishes to be rid of the struggle by earning a lot of money working for the underworld of this city.

During early days of Alan Federal in city, he started earning money by doing part-time jobs such as electrician, lumberjack, taxi-driver. Then he earned some money and by using this money he started reselling business in city. In this business he buy used cars in low price and do some modification and resell it in better price. He also resell the car parts such as wheels, suspension, engines, etc. But in this business there is no stability, its all depend on market. Alan have good contact with criminals due to his reselling business. So he joined EMS and also doing his reselling business as part-time. He has worked around the clock to maintain his persona of an ardent citizen. His dedication has been recognized by those excellent HCs that he has been quickly promoted to an HC position himself, as the Deputy Chief of EMS. Alan is relentlessly working towards paradise by making millions working both on and under the table. Alan federal is a hardworking and dedicated employee who joined EMS based on the the values imbibed in him by his family and friends.
