Life Story:
River moved to Los Santos to start a new life and get away from her past, she previously lived a terrible lifestyle on the streets and nobody wanting to hire her, and where she was constantly having to steal to get by, she needed to get out of it. Growing up River didn't have any money and was orphaned at a young age due to her parents abandoning her, and she never understood why and she quickly forgot her parents names and faces. After she managed to save enough money from her thief lifestyle she bought a one way ticket to Los Santos to begin her new life and to start fresh, where she quickly was taken in by a loving criminal family by the name of The Plague. Where the leaders of the family Loki and Lux Thrasher quickly became parent figures for her, They taught her everything she needed to know about their criminal lifestyle. They would rob people together, shoot other families together, and spent their free time just hanging out and behaving like a normal family. River met incredible people in this family, one being Moona Calipso, she quickly took River under her wing and showed her around and got her to come out of her shell and to quit being so anti social, due to her amazing sister relationship with Moona River changed her last name to Calipso. She then began her new life as River Calipso... Moona and River then began a new family called Calipso due to The Plague not being as active, Calipso grew fast and with numbers came people wanting to be a Criminal family, Moona gave leadership of the family to Deku Calipso where River and him ran the family together and became a criminal family.
Career Story:
River went to SAHP to get insurance on her car and became friends with some officers who worked there and she would go hangout with them at their HQ whenever they were on duty. Her social skills improved doing that and she was offered a job at SAHP with her incredible socailizing skills. They offered her Chief of PR to assist their other Chief Laura, they worked extremely well together and did amazing work. River didn't have experience with working as an officer but she did great with communication and socializing so PR was perfect for her to start out with, after that she quickly fell in love with San Andreas Highway Patrol. She did however try some new things like LSPD and FIB, she did LSPD as HC for HRT for a term and FIB for half a term, but it wasn't the same so she went back to SAHP where she was HC for HRT. After those two terms of SAHP she wanted to shift her focus to getting Calipso ready for the criminal lifestyle, she helped them rob stores and people. She wanted to go back on the legal side of things to try to assist her family from the inside of a SAHP, after she experienced running a Criminal Family she couldn't just go back to the legal side.
Outcomes:
1- River can take bribes up to 100k
2- River can attempt to /try to look for bodycams and /do break them
3- River can assist her family and friends to escape if they get arrested
4- River can lie about contacting a lawyer while processing a 10-15
5- River can break state laws while off duty due to history of criminal lifestyle
6- River can assist her family in committing crimes in ghetto or on highways
7- River can refuse to identify herself while on duty
8- River can take illegal items off 10-15s instead of confiscating
9- River can buy or sell illegal items off duty
10- River can use illegal weapons on or off duty
