Approved FIB Killing me | ID 89122

So I was at my family house, dropped off the friend that has the pov. There was a guy that didn't want to leave so I gave him the 5 second rule to leave, after that they left note that I did not shoot with my gun nor aim at the guy in the car. After that FIB pulled over in front of my Life Invader car, so that I cannot go forward. I saw that the FIB driver had his gun out so I asked him "What you doing bro?" and I left my car, pulled out my gun just in case. After that he left his car and started shooting at me and I shot back take note that I did not shoot first but I got arrested for attempted murder, where I did not shoot anyone first. I'm not wanted so I don't see why I got killed and arrested.

Yeah well I didnt shoot at them nor aim at them. They shot at me first no warning no anything, didn't tell me to pull over didn't tell me to step out, no communication whatsoever. They even struggled to tell me my rights lol
