im banned for er 1.7 and i dont understand why, because i done nothing wrong.

i did provide my pov that proves that i didnt start on roof, but im still banned, why? please help me so i can play, im missing out on so much grand coins ;(

and pretty please dont give me forum ban because of this unnapeal thread.
