How can I find out my player ID if I am unable to join the server? I am trying to recover my account but I need the ID. Please help.

You can try checking any previous account emails or receipts from the game, as they often contain your player ID.

Contact Any Admin And State Ur Issue With Rockstar User Id To Them They Will Tell Ur Passport Number If Everything Goes Well
