As you see in my pov he doing to me Block engine when he is solo the car is Still move when i do to doc my green zone he come with me and he start give me demand in my doc and the ID's 50963 53424 50036 there are shoting me behing the braket of doc and as you see they not have a permition to do this when i am in my green zone
Id 30984 start run when i drop him from car and go to id 23589 and when i hundcuff him id 30984 start shoot i don't see any rp here
And i secend pov as you see they kill their friend and they finish the kills
Its alot of break rule dear admins

ID 23589 will receive a punishment for GR 3.1
ID 30984 will receive a punishment for GZ 1.1

However,
ID 43330 will receive a punishment for FailRP
Explanation: If you are getting shot, you would just not keep teasing a person to cuff him
Also, you would not say "easy gov" if you get shot and you are about to die

Last but not least, POV does not show who shot you exactly. Hence, there is no mass rule break from Outlaw's side.
Moreover, Outlaw will be verbally warned to control their toxicity.​
