Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 3991 will receive a punishment for General rule 6.15
• ID 5497 as in the pov i didnt see him shooting you , So he will not receive a punishment
• When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone
