There was an ATM robbery ongoing, So Gangs they can KOS as soon as LEOs are approaching.
However,
ID 58196 will receive a punishment for GR 6.6
(Forbidden to heal and loot in the gunfight.)
ID 48821 will receive a punishment for Fail RP
(Patching someone while, someone had gun in his hand and he told you to leave.)
