Life Story:
Jamess grew up as a young lad in England even though he is irish.
Born in a Military family he had no choice but to follow in his family's footsteps.
Jamess joined the military academy when he was 18 years old,
After he was given merely a few months training he was placed in a unit headed to afghanistan .
here he proved himself to be a formidable Soldier and a great aspiring leader.
Once back in England Jamess thought that he could make more out of a living as a Private military contractor , and so he signed a contract to be placed at a remote island as a form of defense for a wealthy businessman.
one day the businessman was assassinated and Jamess would get the blame,
so he fled to los santos, a place where he was practically unknown.
Career Story:
Once arrived at los santos with an old Brig and with not but a duffle bag and his pistol,
He struggled to come by.
Being desperate he tried to make a living with crime robbing stealing or gunrunning it all didn't matter.
He was in dire need of money so he rented himself out as a gun for hire for the local families.
Not being satisfied by the ways things went and the lack of discipline and honor amongst the families , He decided to join the SAHP, a place he knew a place of order and discipline.
Here he rose trough their ranks, Starting out as a Rookie and by proving himself in combat and his leadership skills he was hand picked to Become a us marshal
Outcomes:
1.Shamus is able to torture/interrogate/kill for his benefit or use truth serum. [using /try command ]
2. Shamus can accept bribes up to a 100k
3. Shamus can sell illegal weapons that he picked up due to his gunrunner past
4. Shamus can perform any illegal activity due to his criminal past.
5. Shamus can free 10-15 or help them escape if they are his family
