2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A : I want to be a leader of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) beacause i want to see the citizens what they do in the city and i will take care of the city of los santos. As we all know LSPD cover the city side in los santos so i can handle the position and i can give my best to the citizens . I believe i m being smart, honest, and really committed to my duty and you can say job . It's important to always be careful and make sure our citizens feel safe and good. I have many experience in other Leos org like SAHP , LSPD and FIB i also lead some events as a HC in leos org and also special ops . This experience taught me a lot about making LSPD better for officers and citizen of los santos. I want to lead by making sure the department is honest, follows the rules, and deals with problems from inside and outside.

B : When i join the city of Los Santos i was in LSPD in many term i complated at list 3 term in LSPD and i know that i have thats much experience about LSPD what is thier work exactly and i think so i can handle LSPD as a CHIEF i know everyhing about LSPD but i somethings i dont know but i m trying and willing to know it for future and much important think i have confidence to became a leader of an org it is also a dream and best achivement .

C : I want to make LSPD a good experience for everyone that all citizens joins it. I will promote the organization and help to hire a lot of new officers to this beloved org.
When I will be the Chief of LSPD, I will make sure everyone is doing their duty properly and make sure that they are not making any mistakes. As long as I am the Leader, there will be no warnings for LSPD and such because LSPD will be under the control of the one and only, I will make it very active org in city as i have plan how can i improve.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

A : I will make all of My Department very active and i will make sure that every deparment are running good or not if i see anything wrong i will fix the problem as a leader i can handle any situation and i i will liten to my curators .
I would like to have 5 Departments :
1--Human Resource (HR)
2--Internal Affairs (IA)
3--Under Cover (UC)
4--Public Relation (PR)
5--Special Reponse Team (SWAT)

B : I will handle whole the city except highways because highway is under SAHP i can hire more and more people as i have some plans , i offer them many benefits to joining LSPD i will make LSPD on top in Los Santos , Also i will always talk with my employes properly and goodly and we will also responce quickly to all of events or situations and .

C : I have 2 of my Deputy Chief i will take them if i became leader of LSPD , they will handle everything in absence of me they will control and lead the events in my absence i will tell them when i m out of city pls control everything , if i became i will be more active no problem we all make LSPD On Top and i also hire Assistant Chief who have better experience and have good knowledge about rules .

D : I will make a best and very good bonus system for LSPD officers , it will be very good bonuses they have ever seen i will treat them with my best . I will give my Best as a leader .
