You can see that 22882 rammed my colleague, Jaden Heshka, he may argue it was an accident, but in my POV we can clearly see he purposely turned his car, and purposely aimed for Mr. Hesha, resulting in him getting struck by his car he was driving. I urge you to hold him accountable for his clear violation of city rules.
