I was present at this situation, and it appears from your POV that you could not see the other ~5 family members in this RP situation
You were issued a warning because after we instructed you to comply, you still did not.
Additionally, this wasn't within the 10 minutes of the event for it to be going against Event Rule 1.2
Event Rule 1.2: It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after ​
