Hi,
I wrote something in the club chat. I didn't mean anything about insulting or something like that. I just wanna write it to family chat. It was my first time I did this. I'm so sorry about that. I won't do it again. Isn't a 3-day ban a bit harsh? Can we change it mute instead of 3 days ban?
