I got punished for shooting someone outside of the ghetto even when I game the person demands. As per rule 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN.

I did exactly what the rule stated to do, gave them plenty of time to react, and when they didn't they got shot.

Hello Fregothy,
I asked for full POV from the person reporting and saw whole from start. There was no RP even at start and it was just a FRP chase with only 3 people. That's why he didnt stop and apart from pullover didn't see any proper demands before you killed him.
There was no RP/demands during the DM in city. It was a FRP chase for which he wasnt stopping or pulling over, Thats why after discussing with other admins, I decided to punish for DM in City as well.

You keep mentioning the amount of people as if it matters, the only time where the number of people matters is if you are demanding them to pullover in which case you'd need 4, but he pulled over by himself at which point he was given demands which he replied "no" to and got shot. I gave demands as well but I needed to voice reset so I was not heard. Nonetheless the guy next to me gave demands telling them to get out and they didn't, so I shot, that's it.
