Crimson Fury is an only child born in 1987 in Oklahoma to his father, Ricky, and his mother, Michelle. His mother always wanted a daughter so she could name her Scarlett as red was her favorite color, but was gifted a son instead. She wanted a name more unique for a boy than Red or Brick, and went with Crimson instead. Soon after his parents moved back to Chicago where he was raised with the help of his parents family. Growing up, Crimson had an obvious knack and skill in problem solving. After breaking his leg as a four year old his father bought him a nintendo and super mario 3 because he felt guilty for pushing his soon to learn how to ride a bike and felt like it would be a good way to keep the boy occupied. Two days later, Crimson asked his father for another game to play because he had beaten it and wanted something more challenging. Ricky was amazed because he couldn't even beat the first few levels and knew right away that his son had a natural talent for problem/puzzle solving and obliged the request with Mario 1, Mario 2 and Link. Fast forward 5 years to the age of 9 and Crimson had his first game that connected to the internet, SOCOM US Navy Seals. This is where his mind for tactics and desire to join the military sprouted. By the age of 10 he was ranked in the top 2000 online with over 200k ranked players and decided to pursue athletics in school because he wanted to start honing his in order to become a soldier when he was older, that, or a psychologist because his love for problem solving led him to want to understand how the brain works. At the age of 12, Crimson stood 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 184lbs. He became a star athlete in Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Track/Field but lacked proper coordination and true skill until the age of 16. Prior to this his overall size had carried him through athletics and gave him a severe advantage.
By the end of high school Crimson was still 6'4, but had grown to 235lbs. He could run a mile in under 6 minutes and the 40 meter sprint in 4.7 seconds. He was ranked in the top 25 in Madden Online and top 1000 in Socom 2 and had honed his body and mind enough that he was confident to join the military. However, his GF, Susan, and his mother convinced him to not join the Marines and pursue college instead. A semester later Susan broke his heart and Crimson became severely addicted to video games to cope with his pain. He was a leader/council member of a very successful WoW guild and a 5 man squad leader in COD4 Modern Warfare playing in tournaments and invitationals with his team. By 22 Crimson had realized that his life was not where he had planned it to be and decided to lose the 80lbs he had gained over the past 3 years and joined the Army as a Crytologic Linguist where he learned a basic level of the Arabic language and culture, as well as how to intercept communications and background checks on individuals working on base. During basic training, one of his Drill Sergeants over heard about his video game prowess and mocked him for thinking that the virtual world would be anything like this one because Crimson had never held a weapon before. To his Drill Sergeant's surprise, Crimson was again a natural with an M4 and M16 in his hand.
During his first time weapon zeroing and qualifying his Drill Sergeant said
"Private Donut, do you know why I am gonna call you Private Donut"
Crimson replied "Drill SGT, because I am husky and still over weight Drill SGT."
Drill SGT Replies "No, well yes PVT Donut, but look what you just did there son. You literally turned that circle target into a donut with your first 3 shots. Maybe I was wrong about you PVT Donut."
Training continued for two years including Basic Training, Language Training, and finally AIT and Crimson was stationed in Fort Benning, GA where he worked with and trained alongside interrogators and other HUMINT and SIGINT specialists. Over the next 3 years Crimson was trained to read body language and voice inflections in order to reasonably deduce whether or not someone was lying or telling the truth with a high success rate while cross training with interrogators. Using classified equipment he could triangulate cell phones, radios, and other communication devices in order to discover the location of terrorists. While deployed to Kuwait he ran background checks on third country nationals and helped maintain security and safety at Camp Buehring.
5 years of service and training later and at the age of 27, Crimson left the military to pursue a college degree and became a waiter to help pay for his educational expenses. As a waiter, Crimson used his ability to read body language and used his love of psychology in order to better serve his guests needs and wants without them ever telling them what they were. He could easily tell if someone enjoyed his company or wanted to be left alone to their own devices. It was here where the capabilities of his memory truly started to shine and become evident to others. Crimson would take care of a table of any size and see them months later where their face would queue a memory in his mind. He would see the return customers again and astonish them with his ability to remember, what table they sat at, what they ate, what the talked about, and even the time of day they were in the restaurant. Soon people began requesting him by name because they appreciated his attention to detail and his uncanny ability to remember these small details that made his guests feel important.
Crimson dropped out of college after his fiance Katherine became pregnant and pursued a full time position as a waiter. He really enjoyed working with people and the praise his memory and people skills received. But he truly missed the comradery and time he spent in the military which ultimately led him to move to San Andreas after she died in a car crash and pursue a career in law enforcement. He had heard that the city made Chicago look like a playground when it came to crime and figured it was the best place to start the next chapter of his journey and forget/move on from the hardships of his past.
Outcomes:
1. Crimson can obtain reasonable suspicion to someone's identity based off voice, body language, clothes, and other distinct mannerisms and use that to help identify people in the city.
(Look i understand you have been denying this one a lot, but I truly have this skill and can prove it using POV if you need me to. Ask Vadim Shaco, Vick Vinnegar, Maddie Wake, and many others, including Azmon Gold whom I properly IDed yesterday while he was changing his voice and it made him laugh hysterically that I knew it was him It has nothing to do with IDs or any Meta/PGing. I was trained to do this and it comes second nature to me which is why i labeled it as Reasonable Suspicion and not proof. I will unintentionally due this regardless and want to have some sort of BIO protection so i dont get in trouble for it.)
2. Crimson has less restrictions on FearRP than most due to his training and ability to remain calm in high stress situations. 2v1 is not a problem and can reasonably look for opportunites in 3v1 situations if the actions makes sense and are intelligent. Example: Crimson is held at gun point by 3 individuals on a 1st story roof, he uses proper FearRP and responds to demands while assessing his surroundings. He notices there is a bush below him and he can easily back up slowly and gradually off the roof onto the bush if one of the two pointing a gun at him break concentration and give opportunity to move safely by putting their gun down or aiming away from him. He would then take cover from his roof assailants and posture a defensive position in order to defend himself if they pursue him.
3. Crimson has a hidden bodycam built into his body armor and a backup built into his SWAT helmet/BINOCs. As well as a "dumby" or "decoy" bodycam easily found on his uniform if searched for to help keep the real ones concealed. These bodycams upload to the cloud and both to personal and LSPD servers.
4. Crimson can off road due to his tactical and technical training easily and due to his practical 9 months driving offroad in the deserts of Kuwait while on deployment
5. Crimson can and will act in ways to ensure personal survival and the survival of others. Like picking up guns off the ground when out of ammo or when the situation presents itself.
6. Crimson is resistant to and able to use truth serum, although he doesn't feel he needs it to reasonably assess someone's intentions, but more so to confirm his suspicions if necessary to gain proper evidence. When i say resistant I mean he will tell the truth but understands how to do so without giving up to much information with vague answers.
7. Crimson can assist in situations while off duty using personal weapons because a real soldier and real leader is never off duty and carries a badge and a radio hidden somewhere on his person or in his vehicle proving his credentials if needed.
8. Crimson will never do anything that will jeopardize his position. He will never take bribes, and he will always lead by example and work to weed out corruption. He will never purchase anything from black market or anything illegal. OOC speaking He won't even fine people for Battle Pass tasks. There has to be a legitimate legal reason for everything he does.
9. Only exception to rule 8, he will use illegal weapons if and only if is the only option available to return fire but they would have to be picked off the ground.
10. Crimson will use discretion more often and is more likely to reduce sentences/fines to criminals who comply and make his job easier. But will also throw the book at ones who use slurs/sexual harassment/or blatant acts of hooliganism as those are things he does not tolerate.
