He said we had arrested him in gun fight!...The fight was over, most of them were dead and one ran away and was trying to finish him from far away while we were taking off, so I don't know what he expected us to do other than continue taking off. I think he wanted us to keep the heli still or line it up so his friend could take a clear shot at him.

Firstly, he said, I didn`t saw any PDA. Checkout the POV at 04:20. Secondly, he was already wanted (3 star) so, I just arrested him because of orders of High Government Officials. He was asking for lawyer, but due to government orders, I processed him. For jumpsuit, the person who might took him to cell, already took one & handed over me. I processed him with full RP process, and said everything that I am gonna arrest u or searching u.

We didn't deny him for his lawyer. We asked him for the name so that we could check in our records whether the person he was asking for has a lawyer's license or not. but he refused, all that he wanted was to get out of cuff. Also The whole time he was loudly overtalking & provoking and being toxic to us to waste time and stop us from following the procedures.
Also am surprised The FIB agent told the SAHP "Ask the government for the charges" when from his own POV we arrived after the situation was over and all we did was safely transport the 10-15 by Heli to DOC because from our experience in such situations its safer than a car! he should have told him the charges, not throw it on the Government.
And for the SAHP officer who said, "due to government orders"??! did we tell you he is not allowed to a lawyer and put him in a jumpsuit?!, all that I asked for is for someone to get his name and check him in PDA. you found him wanted and didn't come back to us about this then arrested him as a wanted criminal only and even ignored adding the charges of the illegal stuff you found on him.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 89883 will receive a punishment for PG (Power Gaming).
(At no point in the provided POV any jumpsuit was taken nor was there any point Did ID 89883 used proper RP procedure during the arrest, ID 89883 searched and confiscated without doing Proper RP)

There was no evidence of Corruption without bio found in the provided POVs as a citizen has the right to call for a personal lawyer, in such cases the player being arrested needs to inform the officers with the lawyer's name. A player can also call a state lawyer when the player cant afford a personal lawyer. In this case since the Player being arrested was asking for a personal lawyer proper RP was followed here.​
