Dear Bobby, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to discuss the recent ban I received for GR 6.17. A couple of days ago, I filed a complaint about ER 1.2, unfortunately in my video, there was no sound from Discord despite recording all overlays. I got the PC checked by Kareem on 12/24/2023, and he thoroughly checked for any programs hiding the sound or causing the issue. He didn't find anything and assured me that the complaint would be rejected. And I have to fix the issue To my surprise, the complaint was reopened today, and I ended up getting banned for GR 6.17. I genuinely don't understand why Discord Sound wasn't recording. I use two monitors and have already turned off Privacy Control to capture all overlays. I kindly request you to reconsider my punishment. I am unsure where the issue lies. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Nhayan Alameri
