Hello,

This accident happened on 24-12-2023 and I'm complaining to him today 26-12-2023 since 2 days have not passed yet and I'm not breaking the board rules, I do it now because I have time to report him.

This citizen just randomly crashed my car once, and did it twice, then he told me "motherfucker". I had a polite conversation during my IC voice chat, but whatever I said on the email voice chat with my friend is not included in IC voice just for the records of whoever is checking on this complaint to avoid confusion and you can confirm that by looking at voice icon on the screen. I hope it's clear.

ID 39592 will receive a punishment for CR. 'Motherfucker' is slang therefore can not be considered as GEN 3.2.
However
ID 57903 will receive a punishment for mixing.
