He was ramming the other vehicle instead of being patient, so I tried to question him in some sort of giving him demand to stop this kind of action, he pulled his gun and shot me first, then I self-defense and killed him. Who gets punished in the minute after? me, he got straight contact with admin? I doubt his friend, didn't even open a complaint as he said "See you in forums beeac wait" in (RP chat) which is also a misuse.

I got warned for:

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

You can reconsider this biased punishment, and punish him.
