according to the law 6.7 is when you go to the hospital and back to the same location situation but I didn't leave the situation I was knocked down and ems patch me up so I was still in the same situation
so I didn't do new life rule

for the second time my forum got rejected even tho everything is clear in the video and that's because both of the administrators said that the POV is short, therefor I am now adding the full POV (3min long) and it clearly shows that he gave UB demands in the first time then after I got patched...
