SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I have been in SAHP from more than 8 terms and it was my first Legal organization in the city. I started from Cadet to Chief of Staff and in this time, I gained a lot of knowledge about SAHP. I was Chief commander in SAHP from last 2 terms and in the absence of Leader I handled various events like Ghetto Patrol, Hostage situations, Store robbery's, etc.
2. SAHP is my second home, In the last few terms I make a good bond with my last sheriff's as well as with my SAHP mates. I spent most of my time standing at HQ and in most of the terms because of my good bond with last 4 sheriff's they taught me a lot about how to handle situations quickly I believed that I have the experience to handle sahp as a leader.
3. In the last few terms, I noticed that SAHP was facing some problems in the night shift + In some of the departments like IA and HR which was making SAHP dead so to make sahp active as it used to be before I will hire units of all the shifts.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
(1) I will host a promotion ceremony on every Sunday.
(2) Bonuses will be given to all the units after events.
(3) I will take a Suprise test of every HC so we can get to know who is eligible for the High Command rank.
