Approved RDM + VDM + UB Demand | 48633, 54526, 59285, 59273, 50259 (Multiple ID's)

Today i was walking around the city and i saw this guy (ID 54526) and wondered what happening here. Then in a way of vacuously he aimed me without saying anything. After that his friend (ID 48633) VDM me. And, In 2:10 second he did UB-Demand. After that i realized these guys hiding something and i came same location with my helicopter. (POV2) Then i saw the panels. I hadn't landing the plane yet and I hadn't heard any demand yet. They shot and killed me. (Multiple IDs)

One hour after i saw ID 3540 with unconscious people. I checked my bag if i have medkit or smt for patching him. After that i climbed same location and ID 48633 shoot at me then gave demands. Also in second 2:18 on POV3 someone is shooting ID 3540 without any demands.
I want everyone who fires at me from my POV's to be punished, including everyone whose ID's I cannot see.

ID 48633 and ID 59273 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
General Rule 6.15: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
ID 23801 will receive punishment for Bug Abuse
(Abusing M Menu when unconscious to look around/type before calling ambulance)

Additionally,
Cannot consider this VDM as the player who hit you with their car roleplayed the situation, apologized, and even offered medical care to you - decent RP provided from them to rectify the situation.

These are not UB demands if they are protecting their solar panels which you then later come to find out.

Cannot punish who killed ID 3540 as I cannot confirm if demands were ever given to them - they can provide their own POV on forums regarding this from their point of view.

Also cannot see which ID's are shooting during these time frames when you receive damage: POV2 @ 6:00, 8:04, 8:30, 9:16, 9:49 (except from the ID that killed you)

Keep in mind that saying over and over again "See you on Gov/ez Gov" can be considered provoking. Try to roleplay the situation out yourself without threatening to go on forums - simply just roleplay, record POV, and post here so we can review for rule breaks.​
