Respected Admins Team,
As visible in POV we agreed on the price of 19k per item. I gave him 16 items so the total should be 304,000 but he gave me 280000 and when I asked for my remaining amount, he ghosted me. I gave him text after text and after some time he replied that we agreed on 18k but as visible in POV we didn't.
Then I think he blocked my phone number or got out of the city.

It cant be considered SCAM
Exchange offer needs to be approved from both sides in order to be completed and you approved the offer from your side by checking the offer price and then only the deal was done.

Note: Its upto the players to check the price of any item before buying/selling​
