Why this event:
Teambonding, Coordination between LEOs, Leader Event
Role of Each Organization involved:
LEO: Attack the Gangs inside Capitol and rescue the Hostage
Gangs: Kill all Leos Protect Capitol and the Hostage
All org can participate

For Gangs: None/ Carbine

How is the event won?
LEOs: If all Gang Membr are down LEO´s won
Gang: If all LEO´s are down Gangs won

100K for the last Standings from the winning side
