Its a story about Khizer Otts who was born into a poor family. and he doesn't have his parents. Khizer Otts Grew up with an older brother named Khan Otts . Khizer Otts and his brother became very close after their parents died. Khizer Otts and Khan Otts began to engage in a variety of activities together To become police officers, they both spent two years in police academy . Khizer Otts has always had a fascination with gunfire. He started shooting big guns when he was thirteen years old.but his older brother Khan Otts passed away from cancer in the same year. Khizer Otts now lives alone.

After Adapt to every circumstance. Khizer Otts began his career with the SAHP as a law enforcement officer. He began as a trainee and put in a lot of effort to advance to the position of trooper. His aspirations increased as a warrior; he aspired to hold the position of high command of SAHP. Khizer Otts was respected by his fellow SAHP members because he constantly went above and beyond. He considered quitting SAHP for several months before deciding to gain some new experience in LSPD; as a result of his previous SAHP experience, he was awarded an HC Rank in LSPD.He went to the position of HOD OF SWAT and put in a lot of effort to reduce gang activity throughout the state and restore safety to the Los Santos roadways. After gaining a great deal of experience and spending a significant amount of time in LSPD, he made the decision to return to his native SAHP and resume his path from where he left off. He made the decision to become into a bad cop. He appears to be a good police officer at SAHP, but in reality, he is a bad officer. He also always worried that he would be discovered by other law enforcement.
